Aspiring Medical Student Fundraising Challenge

Want to study medicine and make your application stand out?

If you’re applying to study medicine, you’ll likely know that medical schools are looking for work experience in a caring or medical environment. In addition, have you also considered fundraising for a medical charity? It’s a useful addition to your supporting statement and will give you something extra to talk about in your interview. It’s also your chance to make a difference, helping to change the lives of doctors and medical students in need.

Loads of aspiring medical students like you have done fundraisers for The RMBF, from cake bakes and school balls to running 10Ks and hosting quiz nights. They have all raised vital funds to support doctors and medical students in difficulty.

Join our community of aspiring medical students today!

If you sign up and fundraise £200 or more, we will send you a pack of RMBF goodies to help with your studies – think pens, post-its and stress balls. We will also give you a certificate and letter of recognition of your fundraising efforts, which you could show at your medical school interview.
