Step up with us from January to March 2026 and help raise vital funds for doctors struggling with mental health challenges. Take on 10k steps a day, try a Couch to 5K, or create your own unique challenge! Whether you’re into cycling, swimming, or even crafting your own mini-triathlon, you set the distance and the goal.

Every mile counts, and at a notoriously difficult time of year, you can boost your mental health as well as the doctors you are fundraising for. Make an achievable new year’s resolution that’s good for your health, and makes a real difference.

  2. Decide on your activity & distance- we suggest 5k, 10k or 20k but it’s entirely up to you!
  3. Set up a Justgiving page & share it with family and friends
  4. Let us know what you decide to do so we can support you
  5. Start your challenge
  6. Receive a certificate & medal on raising £200
