We team up with companies who want to make a difference to the lives of doctors and medical students going through times of crisis. Could you be one of them?
Support from companies means the RMBF can help doctors like Laura, who was at risk of losing her home when a mental health crisis left her unable to work. And like Helen, who could feel supported and have financial security as she recovered from a relapse of her chronic illness. Not to mention families like Faisal and Tania’s, who could get the advice they needed when their lives were turned upside down by Covid.
Companies can make a massive difference to the lives of doctors and medical students across the country, providing hope, stability and peace of mind during hard times. If this sounds like something your company would like to get involved in, please get in touch!
What does a corporate supporter look like?
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to corporate support. Our relationship with you will be unique, ensuring we both get as much value from it as possible. Please contact us if you’d like to discuss a potential partnership.
Elements of a partnership could include:
- Exclusive invitations to RMBF events
- Speaking on our new podcast
- Supporting doctors and/or medical students with a donation
- Featuring in our newsletter or writing guest pieces for our website
- Corporate volunteering day for your team
- Taking part in a Hospital Hop to raise funds for doctors
If any of these elements sound like a good fit for you, or if you’re interested in something not on this list, please do reach out. We’d love to talk to you!

Existing Supporters
By supporting doctors and medical students, you could join some of the incredible companies we already work with, such as:
Medical Defence Union (MDU)
We’re delighted to have been supported by the MDU, the UK’s leading medical defence organisation for over four years. They have been helping to raise essential funds for medics in need of emotional and financial support.
The MDU not only provides expert guidance and support to its members via a 24/7 helpline, but also has a range of resources available to help doctors with their wellbeing, including a health & wellbeing e-learning course and a peer support programme designed to put members in touch with others who have gone through a medico-legal investigation.
The MDU continues to donate half of its Foundation Year 1 members’ subscription to two charities supporting doctors in need. We are honoured to be one of them.

Lloyds Bank Cardnet
Lloyds Bank Cardnet offers GP practices a card processing deal that saves money on processing costs while also donating money to the RMBF. Every time a patient uses a debit or credit card, Lloyds Bank Cardnet donates a percentage of its processing fees for the lifetime of the account. It also generously donates £50 for each new GP practice merchant account opened. We’re incredibly grateful to Lloyds Bank Cardnet for their ongoing support!
